Landlord Gas Safety Certificates / CP12’s.
Landlords have a legal responsibility to make sure that all gas fired appliances in a property they rent out are safe and operating correctly. If you are looking for qualified, reliable customer focused company to look after your gas appliances we are that company. We will liase with the tenants directly arranging the appointment around their schedules. After the inspection we will also email a digital certificate to the landlord, tenant and keep a copy for our files.
As part of our checks we will test the boilers to make sure they are working safely and correctly as per manufacturers instructions. We will perform a visual check on cookers and hobs to make sure they are operating correctly and we will check that any fires are also working as they should be.
If requested we can also offer a report on the appliances in the property, advising wether or not we think they need changing or could do with a service.

1 – 10 Properties
£50 for boiler service plus £10 per extra appliance (excluding cookers)
11 – 50 Properties
£45 for boiler service plus £10 extra appliance (excluding cookers)
50 + Properties
£40 for boiler service plus £10 extra per appliance (excluding cookers
