We understand how frustrating it is when your boiler breaks down. It tends to happen when least expected or at the most inappropriate time. This is why we offer a call out service to either get your heating and hot water up and running or diagnose the fault and order the part the same day to get it fixed asap.
Smell Gas? Turn off your gas supply, open all windows, extinguish naked flames like candles and do not smoke or use any switches. Call northern gas networks on 0800111999 and they will attend and cap off your meter to make the property safe. Then you can call us to locate and rectify the leak.
We also offer emergency plumbing repairs for that uncontrollable leak.
Our prices are transparent with no hidden fees and they will be agreed with you over the phone before we attend.

Standard Call Out Fee
For call out’s during working hours of 8am until 6pm
£35 this include the first hour
Extra hours worked charged at £30 per hour
10% Discount for residents of Newton Aycliffe
Out Of Hours Call Out Fee
For Call Out’s between the hours of 6pm and 8am
£55 this includes the first hour
Extra hours work charged at £45 per hour
10% Discount for residents of Newton Aycliffe
Christmas, Bank Holidays etc
For call out’s on special days like Christmas, bank holiday’s etc.
£75 this includes the first hour
Extra hours worked charged at £60 per hour

Please note that you are accepting the prices above when you call us to attend your property. We expect payment to be made in full before we leave your property by either cash or bank transfer, we do not accept cheques. Please do not ask us to attend if you do not have the means to pay. Failure to pay on completion of the work will result in us taking legal action to recover the debt and your details will be passed on to a debt collection agency to recover costs. This will incur an admin fee of £100. If we are unable to repair the issue we will make the property safe. If you choose to have us back in the future to repair the issue we will refund on your final bill 50% of the call out fee (excluding special day call outs like christmas and bank holidays)
